Information submitted by visitors
This website does not currently store information entered in the Client Order Room. When you choose email or WhatsApp, your device opens the selected service with a prepared message. You review and send that message directly.
Direct communications
If you contact the Society by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Facebook, the information you provide may be used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, manage a commercial relationship or meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Standard technical records may be processed by the hosting service for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Information sharing
The Society does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with professional advisers, service providers or public authorities only when reasonably necessary for an enquiry, transaction, regulatory process or legal obligation.
Your choices
You may ask the Society to correct or delete information you previously supplied, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirement that applies.
